Job Requirements

General Overview:

The position of Customer Service Representative III is a full time position requiring up to 40 hours per week, and reports to the In-Homes Services Account Manager. The position is responsible for intake, scheduling and follow up of all home services jobs, completing each task timely and accurately.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create customer focused practices and provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Update information in various systems as information is received.

  • Monitor orders to ensure they are scheduled, updated and completed on time.

  • Schedule customer orders when needed.

  • Process all information to include invoices and credit card payments timely and accurately.

  • Conduct customer completion surveys.

  • Coordinate with the Asset Department and In Home Coordinator to schedule service for company owned vehicles.

  • Answer incoming calls.

  • Document detailed activity notes as required.

  • Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis. 

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background screen.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.

  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage / Non-Exempt

  • Annual performance appraisals

Schedule:

  • Thursday - Sunday from 8:00am until 7:00pm
