General Overview of Position: The position of HR Recruiter is a full time position requiring up to 40 hours per week and reports to the Recruiting Manager. The position is responsible for sourcing; recruiting and screening candidates for all field assembly positions and working with Area Managers to assure staffing levels are met.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and determine staffing needs as reported by area managers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating regularly and effectively.
  • Identify the most effective sourcing resources by area and post employment opportunities by job title and description.
  • Work with local recruiting resources to identify and reach target candidates.
  • Communicate positively and effectively with Managers to assist in staffing areas.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assure quality applicants are sent to the appropriate manager.
  • Effectively utilize and update the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements: 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to provide an acceptable background screen.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
